How to Order

We want to keep our costs to a minimum in order to be able to provide fantastic quality products at reasonable prices. In order to achieve this we do not currently take orders by phone.  You can, however, order in the following ways:

Online
Add your chosen items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. We accept online payments via Paypal which uses world class security methods, so you can be reassured that your online purchase is made safely.  For more information on PayPal security, please refer to www.paypal.com/uk.

In writing
Please write to us with confirmation of the items required, sizes (If appropriate) and the delivery address.  Please make cheques payable to “R Foskett”.  Orders will be dispatched once we are in receipt of cleared funds.

Delivery Charges

Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched usually within 48 hours to arrive with UK customers within 7 working days, via Royal Mail services. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we shall notify you of the delay and despatch the order as soon as it is complete.

All UK orders have a standard delivery charge of £3.99.

Unfortunately we must request an additional postage charge for Paperpod products (Cardboard Rocket, Aeroplane or Play Pod) to be sent to Northern Ireland.  Please contact us for a quotation before you place an order. 

Courier delivery

We offer delivery by courier for an additional cost of £10.00, unless your order is particlarly large or bulky.  Orders placed by 6pm will be in the hands of our courier on the next business day (ie Monday to Friday).  Our courier will then deliver to you within the next 24 to 72 hours.  We are advised by our couriers that 90% of parcels are delivered on the next working day of receipt by them, although of course we cannot guarantee this.  Despatch to our couriers is, of course, subject to us having your item(s) in stock, and if any item should be out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible.  Please contact us before you place your order for a courier quote.

Delivery outside the UK

Descriptions

Every care has been taken to ensure the description and specifications for each product on this website are correct and that colour reproduction is as closely represented as possible. However in some circumstances slight colour variation may occur.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your Spacekids items, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing the goods are returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days.

Please ensure you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office when returning items as claims for lost packages cannot be accepted without proof of postage. Returns postage is a direct cost to you and we regret that it cannot be refunded. We will not charge P&P for replacement items however.

Faulty Goods

We check all of our goods for quality before they are dispatched to you. However, in the unlikely event that they are found to be faulty or damaged in transit, please return them within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly exchange or refund them less postage. Please keep proof of postage for any items returned.
